Dear IBS treatment center,
I have heard many wonderful things about your center from a family member who is a nurse.
I have also been doing lots of diagnostics on my bowels with my care provider (including a recent colonoscopy) which turned up everything normal. I have been very happy with the care that I have received from her and her clinic, but still have questions/issues…as the gas and loose bowels continue (at times).
Anyway, i am interested in scheduling an appointment but have to ask about the costs/insurance.

Thank you for contacting us. We would be happy to work with you and answer any questions that you have.
We are direct pay at the time of service. We are considered “out of network,” and most patients do get reimbursement from their insurance company.
If you have questions about your “out of network” coverage, please check your policy or contact your insurance company.
Any tests or treatments will be discussed between you and the doctor once the doctor has a complete understanding of your history and your problem. However, you are under no obligation to do anything else.
We routinely see patients like you who have had the usual workups, seen a gastroenterologist, and have been through a colonoscopy yet everything is coming back normal. Those are wonderful tools for ruling out other problems. Our specialty is in helping people solve the symptoms that you are still experiencing. We look forward to being able to work with you.
