Infants do not have a mature digestive system and cannot metabolize all isomers of the lactic acid produced by many probiotic bacteria strains. This group of 5 Lactobacillus and 5 Bifidobacterium species is well suited to the infant digestive system. This product comes in powder form only, for ease of use. You can mix it with any drink, including breast milk, or let your baby suckle it right off your fingertip. Unlike most probiotic powders, this product is free of cow’s milk, casein, and dairy!
